Fate N. Shenasan, named partner of O’Leary & Shenasan Law, has extensive experience handling both simple and complex family law matters. Fate has successfully litigated numerous family law cases including divorce, child custody, child support, domestic violence and attorney fees.

In addition to appearing before all local and state tribunals and administrative agencies, Fate passionately assists clients who are in need of legal advice, and provides continuing legal guidance thereafter.

Fate earned her law degree from Western State University College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, CA. At Western State University College of Law, Fate was highly involved with the Family Law Clinic, and clerked with the Superior Court of California County of Orange where she assisted the Court in a variety of family law matters.

A fluent Farsi speaker, Fate is admitted to practice law in the State of California
